4. Roadmap: COM + DEF Readiness
- COM (Current — Commercial Profile): Risk-Adaptive approach, addressing commercial compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and APRA CPS 234. Synchronizes Cybercraft and HVT security policies to ensure group-wide security visibility.
- DEF (Conditional — Defence Profile): Prescriptive Controls approach, addressing defence and national security requirements such as ACSC E8 ML2, NIST SP 800-171, and CMMC. To be activated if and when Australian defence contracts require it, via a dedicated legal entity or an isolated tenant within Cybercraft.
